Everything you need to know

What makes Ivy Haus different from other electrolyte drinks?
Ivy Haus was formulated by a nurse using physiologic mineral ratios — the same approach used in clinical hydration. Most electrolyte drinks are built around taste first, with token amounts of minerals. We built ours around what actually moves fluid at the cellular level: a precise sodium, potassium, and magnesium ratio with no sugar to dilute absorption.
What's in Ivy Haus?
Sodium, potassium, magnesium, and nothing else you don't need. No sugar, no artificial sweeteners, no food dye. We use clean-sourced minerals at dosages based on physiologic research — not marketing.
Is it safe to use every day?
Yes. Ivy Haus is designed for daily use. The mineral levels are dosed to supplement what your body loses through normal activity, not to push past physiologic limits. That said, if you have a kidney condition or are on a sodium-restricted diet, check with your doctor before adding any electrolyte supplement.
When should I take it?
Any time you need it. First thing in the morning, before a workout, mid-shift, on a long flight, after a late night — Ivy Haus works whenever your body needs to replenish. Most customers use it once a day, but it's safe to use more than once if you're sweating heavily or had a big night out.
Does it have caffeine or stimulants?
No. Ivy Haus contains no caffeine, stimulants, or adaptogens. The energy you feel from it is the kind that comes from being properly hydrated — not from adding something on top of your body's baseline. It stacks well with your morning coffee, pre-workout, or whatever else you already take.
Is Ivy Haus Keto or low carb?
Yes. Each serving has 2.5g of carbohydrates, well within the range most keto and low-carb diets consider compatible.
Is Ivy Haus safe during pregnancy or while breastfeeding?
As with any supplement, we recommend talking with your OB or midwife before adding Ivy Haus to your routine during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
Where is Ivy Haus made?
Ivy Haus is manufactured in the USA.
