PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

SHIPPING OPTIONS
We offer the following at checkout:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days) — calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) — available at checkout for an additional fee

FREE SHIPPING
Free standard shipping on orders over $50.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship within the United States only.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, email us at Support@ivyhaus.co and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
